This is an absolutely dynamite cookbook! The recipes WORK, and they are practical and delicious. I return over and over to this cookbook when I need inspiration, or to be reminded of a favorite dish I haven’t cooked in a while. This is vintage Tom Stockley, that culinary legend and wonderful guy who left us way too soon, and no one should miss a chance to tap into this source.
